Project-specific agreement

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or confirm a supply commitment. We review the requirements and agree the services, responsibilities, fees and relevant commercial terms before paid work begins.

Our role

WANZE coordinates supplier research, communication, samples, orders, quality checks and shipping within the agreed scope. We work with manufacturers and suppliers; we do not represent them as factories owned by WANZE. Specialist testing, certification and professional regulatory advice are separate services unless explicitly included in the project agreement.

Quotations and project costs

Quotations specify the applicable service fees and supplier or third-party costs. Product costs, tooling, samples, inspections, freight, taxes and duties must be clarified for the particular project. Payment schedules, cancellation, refunds and handling of quality disputes are defined in the project agreement, not by a general promise on this website.

Specifications and sample approval

Product requirements, acceptable variations, packaging and any agreed inspection criteria should be recorded before production. You review the sample and specifications, and any later changes are discussed with the supplier.

Quality and shipment coordination

The nature and scope of checks depend on the project. Supplier documents and inspection reports provide information within their stated scope; they are not a blanket guarantee of product quality or destination acceptance. Shipping responsibilities, destination requirements and any specialist checks are clarified before dispatch.

Ingredient and restricted requests

Ingredient and peptide inquiries are limited to business assessment by product, intended use, documentation and destination. We do not accept personal-use, injection, treatment or weight-loss requests. We may decline projects we cannot appropriately support.
